Philly Cops to Fire 4 Over Videotaped Beating

Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter said Monday the city will fire four police officers, discipline four others and retrain the entire 6,700-person department on the use of force, in response to a videotape of the violent arrest of three shooting suspects.
