Gemayel: Hezbollah & electoral law are the problem


Doha - In an interview with Al-Arabiya TV , Lebanon's former President Amin Gemayel said the inter-Lebanese dialogue in Doha was marred  with disagreements, particularly on the division of Lebanon into electoral districts. Beirut proved especially problematic in the electoral divisions, according to Gemayel.
