U.S. stock futures flat; focus on oil, Yahoo bid
      

LONDON (Reuters) - U.S. stock futures were flat on Monday, as oil prices remained stubbornly high, while the technology sector could get a lift from the latest twist in Microsoft's  pursuit of Yahoo .
