Infineon CEO Ziebart steps down; Bauer takes over
      

MUNICH, Germany (Reuters) - Wolfgang Ziebart has resigned as chief executive of German chipmaker Infineon  over management clashes about strategy and will be replaced by board member Peter Bauer, the company said.
