Obama has trouble reaching Clinton for congratulatory call
      

 NEW YORK -  Barack Obama  had trouble reaching Hillary Clinton  on Tuesday night to offer congratulations on her South Dakota win and renew his offer to meet with her now that the Democratic voting contests are over.
Obama won Tuesday’s primary in Montana and earned enough delegates to clinch the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination.
