Rice says  Hezbollah is 'power-hungry' but lauds Doha Accord


Beirut/ Washington - U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has slammed "power-hungry" Hezbollah for using arms against the Lebanese but lauded the Doha accord which she said was the result of the Shiite group's "violent actions."
