ECB's Quaden urges U.S. to reaffirm strong dollar
      

BRUSSELS (Reuters) - European Central Bank Governing Council member Guy Quaden called on Tuesday on U.S. authorities to reaffirm their strong-dollar policy, saying inflation was a big concern within the euro zone.
