Gulf official: Either Lebanon goes or we won't go to Syria


Beirut / Riyadh -  Saudi Arabia and some other Gulf states will stay away from an Arab summit in Damascus, Syria later this month unless Lebanon is invited, whether it has a new president or not, a Gulf official said Monday.
