Broadcom co-founder indicted over drugs, options

Reuters - Broadcom Corp  co-founder
Henry Nicholas was charged with spiking customers' drinks with
ecstasy and distributing cocaine and other drug charges, as
well as with running a stock options backdating scheme in two
federal indictments released on Thursday.
