Top U.S. networks wrap "upfront" sales on upswing

Reuters - The three leading U.S. television
networks said on Monday they have concluded the bulk of their
prime-time advertising deals for the upcoming 2008-09 season
with prices for commercials running unexpectedly higher than
last year.
