ATLANTA - Former President Jimmy Carter  belongs to an exclusive club. He’s one of just two ex-presidents who are superdelegates in the race for the Democratic nomination.
Of those two, he’s the only one who intends to remain uncommitted. The club’s other member, Bill Clinton, has made his preference known.
