Beirut - The focus continues to be  the formation of the cabinet by Designated Prime Minister Fouad Siniora and the distribution of the sovereign ministries.  The president made it clear to Siniora that he wanted the Ministries of interrior and defense . This leaves 2 sovereign ministries
