Nokia shares to drop as TI points to 3G weakness
      

HELSINKI (Reuters) - Shares in the world's top cell phone maker Nokia  were expected to open lower on Tuesday, analysts said, after Texas Instruments  said one of its key clients has cut plans for 3G phone making for March.
