Jonathan Mirsky, from 1993 to 1998, was the Hong Kong-based East Asia editor for The Times of London.  Most recently, he's contributed the foreword to Britannica's new Guide to Modern China.  In the video above he discusses China and its approach to commerce, the Internet, democracy, and the West.
