Oil market oversupplied but not wise to cut: Qatar

Reuters - Oil markets are oversupplied but it
would not be wise for any OPEC exporter to tighten the taps
given the risk of exacerbating prices, Qatari Oil Minister
Abdullah al-Attiyah said on Sunday.
