Alitalia agrees to be sold to Air France-KLM
      

ROME (Reuters) - Nearly bankrupt Italian carrier Alitalia has agreed to be bought by Air France-KLM, the world's biggest airline by revenues, for a smaller than expected 138 million euros ($215 million) and a pledge to buy back bonds.
