WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Online advertiser ValueClick Inc has agreed to pay $2.9 million to settle charges that one of its subsidiaries deceived consumers when it promised free plasma televisions, iPods and other expensive gifts, the Federal Trade Commission said on Monday.
