Siniora rejects Qansou  in Lebanon's new cabinet but not SSNP


Beirut- Premier-designate Fouad Siniora does not reject participation by the Syrian Social National Party (SSNP) in the forthcoming cabinet, but rejects its former leader Ali Qansou in person.
