Fannie, Freddie stocks and bonds plummet
      

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Investors fled from stocks and bonds of U.S. mortgage giants Fannie Mae  and Freddie Mac  for a second day on Thursday as fears mounted over their ability to raise capital needed to survive.
