Cruz signs bills into law, will sign one more

            Guam - Acting Governor Michael Cruz signed four bills into law today, including one that regulates car tinting on the island. The measures author, Senator Frank Ishizaki says he introduced the bill to protect pedestrians and law enforcement officials.

Other measures will authorize the retirement fund to invest in Exchange-traded funds and give immunity from real property taxes to some ancestral landowners.

A bill allowing the practice of telemedicine has yet to be acted on, but Acting Governor Cruz is expected to sign that as well.
