KKR to go public through merger with KKR fund: sources

Reuters - Private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis
Roberts plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange later this
year in a complicated transaction that involves merging with
its publicly listed Amsterdam investment fund, two sources
familiar with the matter said on Sunday.
