Creating and deleting an email account

 Hi All,

In order to add or delete mail accounts, we need to login to the Cpanel. The link will be like You are not allowed to view links.
Register or Login

www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel

. Provide your Cpanel username and password. After you login to your Cpanel, click the link ‘Mail’ in the Cpanel Home page.

You will find a link named ‘Manage/Add/Remove Accounts’. Click on that link. The new page will display all the mail accounts of that domain. you can see the ‘Add Account’ button.

Click on that to create a new account. Provide the name of the mail account and then the desired password for that mail account. You can specify the size of the mail account. By default it is 10Mb. To delete an account just click the delete button which you can see at the right side of each email account names.

i advise you if you dont have more than 100 MB free space dont set the email mailbox size more than 10 or 20 max

NEVER put it unlimited if you are running a script on ur site such as guest book forums ....
