Stroke drug cuts damage even after 3 hours: study
      

BOSTON (Reuters) - Doctors are given just three hours to administer the clot-busting drug alteplase to help stroke patients, but a study released on Wednesday shows the drug still does some good as long as 4-1/2 hours later.
