U.S. vice presidential candidate speaks to reporter!
      

Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin has not held a press conference since she joined John McCain's ticket on Aug. 29, and she's only granted a handful of  interviews. 
So NBC's "Today Show" scored a minor coup when they pulled the Alaska governor aside for a brief interview that aired Wednesday.
