NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. crude futures rose more than $4 on Monday, briefly touching $76.00 a barrel amid expectations that OPEC will cut output at its Friday meeting and as heating oil futures strengthened on the prospect of cooler temperatures.<div class="feedflare">
