Deaf to get election night public radio transcribed

WASHINGTON - You can add “radio simulcast for the deaf” to the list of firsts in the 2008 U.S. presidential election. 
Millions of deaf people and others with hearing loss will be able to experience National Public Radio election coverage thanks to a live, captioned radio broadcast being made available on the Internet.
