KIWANJA, Congo (Reuters) - Thousands of civilians fled fighting in eastern Congo on Wednesday that shook a week-old ceasefire while plans were announced for a summit of Great Lakes leaders on Friday to try to end the conflict.</p><div class="feedflare">
