NEW YORK (Reuters) - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc  Chief Executive Richard Fuld will step down from that post by year's end, and will not claim any severance or bonus when he departs, a spokesman for the bankrupt financial firm said on Wednesday.</p><div class="feedflare">
