NEW YORK (Reuters) - Wells Fargo &amp; Co  on Wednesday said it plans to sell at least $10 billion of stock to help fund its purchase of Wachovia Corp , which will create the fourth-largest U.S. bank by assets.</p><div class="feedflare">
