Welsh pop-sensation Duffy is the quintessential definition of that particular term.  

I just saw her in concert.  She hit the stage wearing a glamorous red dress that flattered her curvaceous physique.  It's wonderful to see a public personality that genuinely glories in her own sensuality and femininity.
