Rizk: Lebanon will most probably boycott Syria's summit


Beirut - Lebanese Justice Minister Charles Rizk said Saturday Lebanon would "most probably" boycott the forthcoming Arab Summit at the Syrian capital of Damascus. This strips the Arab League of its spirit, he said
