NEW YORK (Reuters) - Deutsche Post AG , the German parent of delivery company DHL, is expected to announce on Monday that it will sharply curtail its planned U.S. expansion, The Wall Street Journal reported on its Web site on Saturday.</p><div class="feedflare">
