Mubarak will skip summit over Syria's role in Lebanon


Beirut / Cairo - Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak has finally decided not to participate in the Arab summit  scheduled to be held in Syrian capital Damascus next Saturday al Mustaqbal newspaper has reported .
