Man tosses items under car after traffic stop

AP - A routine traffic stop led to the arrest of two Memphis men on burglary charges after the passenger began surreptitiously tossing things under their car. According to a police report, the officer making the stop was talking to the driver when he noticed that the passenger had opened his door a bit and was acting a little odd.
