SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Crocs Inc  posted a deep quarterly loss on Wednesday as sales of its colorful plastic shoes plunged and it racked up high restructuring costs, sending its shares down 37 percent in extended trade.</p><div class="feedflare">
