S&P 500, Dow futures jump on Wal-Mart optimism
      

NEW YORK (Reuters) - S&amp;P 500 and Dow stock index futures turned higher on Thursday after Wal-Mart Stores Inc  posted a stronger-than-expected third-quarter profit and said it was optimistic about the current quarter.</p><div class="feedflare">
