Tiffany shares rise on profit, strong outlook
      

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Tiffany & Co  posted higher-than-expected quarterly profit on Monday as increased sales overseas and new stores helped offset the effect of a weaker U.S. economy that has strained consumer spending.
