Low Glycemic Impact Recipes: Pasta with Sweet Peas | Submitted By: Novi
     

To make a quick and easy meal, cook farfalle pasta in water flavored with chicken bouillon, then toss the hot pasta with  a bit of butter and some sweet green peas. Add a few red pepper flakes if you wish, and garnish with parsley to serve.
