DETROIT (Reuters) - Shares of General Motors Corp  and Ford Motor Co  jumped on Thursday, rebounding from multi-decade lows after U.S. senators reached a bipartisan agreement on a government bailout for the struggling U.S. automakers.<div class="feedflare">
