Ark. man arrested after scratching out sentence

AP - A man reportedly caught trying to scratch out a judicial decision sending him to jail faces a new charge. Police said the 25-year-old man received a four-day jail sentence along with a $650 fine Monday from St. Francis County District Judge Steve Routon for driving on a suspended license and hazardous driving.
