Wall Street losses deepen on confidence drop
      

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Stocks extended losses on Tuesday after a gauge of consumer confidence posted a worse-than-expected drop in March, rekindling uncertainty about the health of the U.S. economy and the profit outlook.
