AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - Tata Steel  unit Corus has applied for Dutch government financial aid to temporarily reduce the work hours of 4,600 workers to cope with the global economic slowdown, Dutch news agency ANP reported on Monday.<div class="feedflare">
