DETROIT/WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A top lawmaker predicted Washington would approve a bailout for U.S. automakers after they submitted survival plans and two of them, General Motors Corp and Chrysler LLC, said that without an immediate infusion of cash they could fail soon.<div class="feedflare">
