NEW YORK/SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Chip maker Texas Instruments Inc  and smaller rival National Semiconductor Corp  have slashed current-quarter revenue forecasts to far below Wall Street expectations, as demand for cell phone and analog chips came to a virtual standstill.<div class="feedflare">
