Beirut - The road accident last night on the Nahr el Kalb Road shocked the country specially because it was not an ordinary accident. The  car of Justice Minister Ibrahim  Najjar  Justice was involved . His body guard was killed and he and his wife were seriously injured. The good news is that it was not a terrorist act , but a typical high speed accident according to preliminary investigation
