TOKYO (Reuters) - Goldman Sachs has agreed to a slightly sweetened Panasonic Corp offer to buy its stake in Sanyo Electric Co Ltd, three financial sources said on Thursday, clearing the way for a deal estimated to be worth at least $6.5 billion.<div class="feedflare">
