BOSTON/NEW YORK (Reuters) - Standard &amp; Poor's lowered its outlook on General Electric Co  to "negative" on Thursday, meaning it believes there is a one-in-three chance the U.S. conglomerate could lose its coveted "AAA" rating over the next two years.<div class="feedflare">
