DUBLIN (Reuters) - Ireland's Electricity Supply Board (ESB) on Thursday announced an investment program of 22 billion euros ($34.72 billion), half of which it plans to spend on renewable energy sources such as wind, tidal and biomass.<div class="feedflare">
