SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger took his budget battle with lawmakers on the road on Friday, saying he would veto their $18 billion budget package as he pressed for a rival plan that tackles the state's budget gap and eases regulations to speed building projects.<div class="feedflare">
