Xinhua: Chinese court backs local cell-phone firm

AP - A court in the eastern Chinese city of Hangzhou has ordered South Korea's Samsung Electronics Co. to compensate a local company for allegedly infringing its cell phone technology, the official Xinhua News Agency reported Tuesday.
